Jess, Meagan, and Sarah are employed by Hallie G Therapy and supervised by Hallie Gnatovich-Gates, LMFT. They offer 30-minute in-person consultations at no cost, out of our West Hollywood office. After that, their rates are $125 per 50-minute session. Please note that all associates are trained and qualified to work with many types of issues, but you'll find some particular interests described below. If you have any questions about this, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are happy to discuss your concerns further. And if your concerns fall outside our scope of practice, we would be happy to refer you to a colleague who might be a better fit. -H
Jessica T. Perez, AMFT #110227
Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
My client population consists of the LGBTQ+ community and all individuals struggling with trauma.
We work on these dilemmas through purposeful and compassionate self care, empowering talk therapy, mindfulness techniques, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, a process that can help to heal the effects of trauma).
My intention as your therapist is to 1) engage and connect with you through means of active listening, supportive conversation, and (at times) a sense of humor and 2) provide a safe and encouraging space to assist you in discovery, healing, and aspiration.
I look forward to meeting you.

Every change or transition in life involves some kind of loss — the death of a loved one, a job or career change, the beginning or end of a relationship, becoming a parent, graduating from school, injury and illness — the list goes on and on. But just because we all experience loss doesn’t mean we know how to deal with it.
Grief is a complex emotion that our society often considers as something to be “fixed” or avoided. I disagree. Grief is natural and unavoidable. It can’t be fixed, but it can be tended to.
That’s where I can help. I work with adults, teens, and children who are struggling with any kind of loss and grief. If loss has made you feel overwhelmed, saddened, angry, frightened, trapped, or alone, I am here for you. I want to hear your story and help you manage the loss in your life.

I believe that you are in possession of the answers to your questions. My intention is to assist as you explore those truths and re-connect with your authentic self. One might describe my approach as collaborative, gentle yet direct, warm and client-led. This means that you set the pace, depending on your comfort level and readiness. It’s important to me that you experience positive growth, and that you do so while feeling safe.
I see couples and individuals. In my couple work, I specialize in early stages of the relationship, assisting couples with milestones like moving in together, engagement, and preparing for marriage. My goals are to help you and your partner enhance your connection, strengthen your communication, and practice giving and receiving love.
With my individual clients, we tend to focus on feeling better in general, problematic relationships, self-esteem, identity issues, work or dating goals, and/or troublesome habits. I offer a space that is judgement-free, creative, and dedicated so that we may best harness your strengths and begin to lay the groundwork for your next steps.
