Jess, Meagan, and Sarah are employed by Hallie G Therapy and supervised by Hallie Gnatovich-Gates, LMFT. They offer 30-minute in-person consultations at no cost, out of our West Hollywood office. After that, their rates are $125 per 50-minute session. Please note that all associates are trained and qualified to work with many types of issues, but you'll find some particular interests described below. If you have any questions about this, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are happy to discuss your concerns further. We work on these dilemmas through purposeful and compassionate self care, empowering talk therapy, mindfulness techniques, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, a process that can help to heal the effects of trauma).
My intention as your therapist is to 1) engage and connect with you through means of active listening, supportive conversation, and (at times) a sense of humor and 2) provide a safe and encouraging space to assist you in discovery, healing, and aspiration.

Every change or transition in life involves some kind of loss — the death of a loved one, a job or career change, the beginning or end of a relationship, becoming a parent, graduating from school, injury and illness — the list goes on and on. But just because we all experience loss doesn’t mean we know how to deal with it.
Grief is a complex emotion that our society often considers as something to be “fixed” or avoided. I disagree. Grief is natural and unavoidable. It can’t be fixed, but it can be tended to.
That’s where I can help. I work with adults, teens, and children who are struggling with any kind of loss and grief. If loss has made you feel overwhelmed, saddened, angry, frightened, trapped, or alone, I am here for you. I want to hear your story and help you manage the loss in your life.
